Luis F. Navarro serves as the Managing Partner of NAVARRO Attorneys at Law, where he is committed to delivering exceptional legal services rooted in industry best practices. His leadership drives the firm's mission to offer tailored, high-quality legal solutions to every client, ensuring their rights and property are thoroughly protected. As Managing Partner, Luis oversees the firm's daily operations and leads its litigation department.
Known for his tactical mindset, Luis is adept at crafting effective legal strategies for a diverse clientele — including individuals, family-owned businesses, independent professionals, and corporate clients. He brings extensive litigation experience across a wide range of industries, including retail, technology, music, sports, and entertainment.
Luis served as Lead Counsel for the United States Department of Justice in critical cases involving the Department of Education, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Federal Housing Authority, Housing and Urban Development, and the Department of Health and Human Services. He held a Code 5 position-sensitivity clearance with the United States Federal Government. He also shares his experience as an adjunct professor at Florida International University, where he mentors future legal professionals.
Before his legal career, Luis was a trailblazer in the technology industry as Chairman and CEO of Innerhost, Inc., a pioneering cloud-computing and web-hosting company. Under his leadership, the company employed more than 300 professionals and operated a state-of-the-art 20,000-square-foot data center supporting major brands such as Microsoft, Coca-Cola, and Lockheed Martin. Luis is deeply committed to philanthropy. He serves as Managing Director of the Navarro Family Trust and sits on the board of the Miami Dolphins Foundation, which raises funds to fight cancer. He contributes as a board member at Indiana University School of Law and actively supports Neat Stuff, a charity that aids disadvantaged inner-city youth. Early in his career, he gained invaluable experience as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Joseph Nesbitt at Florida's Third District Court of Appeals.
